Soy Nuggets


How to prepare: 

Pan-Fry Instructions

Heat the pan on medium. Remove desired amount of frozen Soy Nuggets from packaging. Place in pan. Cooking oil can be used but is not required. Heat for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Flip nuggets every 2-4 minutes until ready to serve. Nuggets are already cooked, and only need to be re-heated.

Oven Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Arrange Soy Nuggets on a baking sheet at least 1 inch apart. Put baking sheet in oven. Bake Soy Nuggets for 10-12 minutes.
