Pan-Fry Instructions

1. Heat the pan on medium.

2. Remove desired amount of frozen Soy Patties from packaging. Place in pan. Cooking oil can be used but is not required.

3. Heat for about 10 minutes or until heated through. Flip patties every 2-3 minutes until ready to serve. Patties are already cooked, and only need to be re-heated.

Oven Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

2. Arrange Soy Patties on a baking sheet at least 1.5 inches apart.

3. Bake Soy Patties for 10-12 minutes or edges are golden brown. Oven temperatures and cooking times may vary, adjust cooking time as needed for oven.

4. Carefully remove from oven, it will be very hot. Enjoy!
