A small NC kitchen dedicated to a healthy chicken alternative  since '96

It all began in Morrisville, sparked by our sustainability-focused team's flavor obsession.

We realized that affordable animal meat wasn't sustainable.

Our journey began in a small kitchen located in Cary, North Carolina, where we started crafting our very first veggie burgers.

After extensive experimentation and innovation, we proudly developed our famous "chicken" alternative recipes using NON-GMO soy and the finest quality ingredients available. Our plant-based meat alternative is not only healthy and delicious, but also simple to use.

As word of mouth spread about the delectable taste of our patty, demand rapidly grew.

We're a thriving woman-owned business that is leading the way in the plant-based food industry!
