Shipping

Order Fulfillment: We ONLY ship every  Tuesday, except on federal holidays. Orders will generally ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Tuesday after 12am ET will be shipped out the following Tuesday. Orders may take slightly longer to fulfill during busier periods.

 

*We ONLY ship part of domestic U.S. orders via UPS. Orders will typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Please note we cannot ship during Holidays. Any orders placed between Holidays will be shipped on week after. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Information

How is my order shipped? 

Order processing: We require 24-48 hours to process your order.

We ONLY ship TUESDAY each week. Orders placed on Monday after 12PM ET will be shipped out the following Tuesday. All shipment come with insulated bags which is made from recycled cotton, reusable frozen gel packs, and recyclable custom box that holds up to 6 bags. Handling and material fees are included with shipping. All of our products are plant-based. Please note, some items may thaw during transport, as long as the product you receive is cool, the product can be re-frozen as appropriate.

What about P.O. Boxes?

We ship with UPS, which unfortunately doesn't ship to P.O. boxes.

Why is shipping limited to certain states?

Unfortunately, due to our temperature-sensitive perishable products, we try to ensure that our packages are delivered within a 3-day window. Shipments coming out of North Carolina within this 3-day window can only cover a bit more than half of the United States* -- any time exceeding this 3-day window risks the product warming, which does not line up with our quality standards.

*We sell to an online retailer, GTFO It's Vegan, that is capable of shipping to customers all over the country. Simply go on their website www.gtfoitsvegan.com and search for our products -- 'Delight Foods'

What is the shipping cost?

For NC pick-up customers:  Free.

Ready for next business day pickup. We will send you a pickup email when your order is ready.For customer orders one case:  Free. 

Bulk Purchases

When at least 1 case* is purchased, you are entitled to free shipping via either UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day Shipping. Shipping options may be limited depending on the location of the customer.

*1 case of product is classified as one of the following:

  • 36 counts of 8, 10 or 12 oz pouches of any product, which can be mixed.

  • 5 counts of five pound bags of any product, which can be mixed.

  • A combined 25 pounds of product.

We understand that calculating the weight of your order is inconvenient -- our checkout system automatically calculates your order and applies free shipping when the standard is met.

The entirety of the case must be purchased in order for the offer to be valid. Qualifying for free shipping does not include the weight of any free product earned in other offers or promotions.

Why is shipping cost so high? 

Please understand that our products are temperature sensitive and perishable, and we need to keep them cool during the transition, so we are unable to ship the product for more than 3 days. To protect our Mother Earth, all shipments come with insulated bags made from recycled cotton, reusable frozen gel packs, and a recyclable custom box that holds up to 6 bags. We make NO MONEY on what you pay for shipping! In fact, we lose money, as we subsidize what you pay to make it somewhat more affordable to you.

 

**Once you’ve received an email that your order has shipped, refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date information.

Holiday Shipping 

We do NOT ship any orders on holidays or major inclement weather, and dates between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Please place your order one week before Christmas Eve.

Order Modifications

Due to the rate of our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed. We’re also unable to change shipping addresses after orders have been submitted. Please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Please note: any orders placed separately will ship separately.
