Refunds & Returns

Return policy

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. Food safety laws prevent us from receiving temperature controlled food that has already been distributed outside of the facility. We also do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences / dislike issues.

 

In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

 

If you ever receive an item that is damaged or unusable due to shipping problems:

  • Email us at delight@delightsoy.com within 7 days after receiving it.

  • Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the product, quantity, and the reason for the refund.  Once we’ve received your request, it may take up to 1-2 business days to process.

  • Once approval, we will process a refund for your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

Refund policy

  • Receive incorrect items or not receive your order

  2. Please forward a picture of the items you received (if require) and we will process a refund for your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

  3. Please know, unfortunately with cold ship items, it is not economically feasible nor environmentally conscious to re-ship your items.  We are so sorry for the inconvenience!​

 

  • Package return

We are sorry that this happened, but we DO NOT refund due to incorrect shipping information (first name, last name, address). Any product that send back to us can't be use and need to be destroyed. The simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.  If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us at delight@delightsoy.com as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! 

  • Cancel Order

If your order hasn't shipped and needs to be cancelled for whatever reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will refund your order in full, minus a 5% processing fee within 5-7 days.
