We are excited to share this pan-fried Chinese style noodles recipe with you. You can customize the ingredients with whatever you have available, and enjoy the meal that will never get boring!
Ingredient
10 oz Delight Patty, sliced
1 ½ cup carrots, shredded
1 ½ cup bean sprouts
1 cup green onions
¾ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
16 oz Yakisoba noodles
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
½ cup vegetable broth
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
4 garlic cloves, minced
Instruction
Preheat a skillet on middle heat, place the sliced Delight Patty on the skillet until both side is golden brown, and set aside. Add canola oil and shredded carrot to the skillet and cook until the carrots soften. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the same skillet and fry noodles until they get crispy edges. Add carrots back to the noodles and add in the chopped green onions.
To create the sauce, combine soy sauce, vegetable broth, rice vinegar and minced garlic. Add the sauce mixture to the skillet.
After a few minutes, add bean sprouts and stir to combine everything together. Add onion powder and smoked paprika, mix well then remove from the heat and serve while everything is still warm.
