8 rice paper

4 nori sheet

10.5 oz. Delightsoy Patty

1 shredded carrot

1 shredded cucumber

1 sliced Avocado

2 cup cooked sushi rice

1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

Some vegan mayo

Some Cooking oil

White sesame seed

Soy sauce and wasabi for serving

For the Delightsoy Patty glaze

1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

½ tsp. brown sugar

¼ tsp. ginger powder

  • In a pan over medium-high heat, pan fry the Delight Patty until golden crispy on both sides. Avoid flipping too often and let one side crisp up before frying the other side.

  • Once both sides are golden brown, slowly pour in the glaze and lower the heat. Allow the sauce to thicken and flip the patty to coat both sides.

  • Cut the Delight Patty into strips and prepare the other ingredients. Cut the avocado, cucumber, and carrot into strips of the same length. Cut the nori into preferred sizes.

  • Dip a piece of rice paper in water, lay it down on a moist surface, place one piece of cut nori, add some sushi rice and pat down.

  • Add the Delightsoy Patty, veggies, and vegan mayo drizzles. Then, add the second piece of nori.

  • Start rolling from the bottom edge. When you roll to the middle of the rice paper, pick up both sides and fold them onto the center. Keep rolling until it is completely sealed. Repeat until you finish all the rolls.

  • On a clean dry plate, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and roll the rice paper rolls in them.

  • In a nonstick pan, heat some oil, just enough to cover the bottom, pan fry the rolls for about 3-4 minutes on the first side, flip and fry for another couple of minutes on the other side. Refer to the tips above on how to get them perfectly golden crispy!

  • Serve with soy sauce and wasabi, and enjoy!
