Green papaya salad, also known as som tum, is a popular dish in Thailand. Our delicious vegan papaya salad is an appetizer which is dressed with a tangy and mildly sweet dressing made of rice vinegar, garlic, and soy sauce.
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Thai chili pepper, sliced
10 oz Delight Popcorn Nuggets
1 medium green papaya, shredded
15-20 small cherry tomato, cut half
1 cup Plant-based Pork ring (Option)
Thaw Delight Popcorn Nugget, place on a tray and bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes, until golden around the edges. Set aside, let it cool down.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Prepare all salad ingredients. Put in a large bowl, mix the green papaya and cherry tomato. Pour in the dressing and mix all vegetables with the dressing.
Add the Delight Popcorn Nugget, and Plant-based pork ring.
