Delightful Burrito

Do you know burrito is a Mexican and Tex-Mex dish formed in Californian cuisine? It consists of a flour tortilla wrapped in an airtight cylinder surrounding various ingredients. In this guide, we’ll cover everything you need to know about how to make a easy vegan burritos at home!


For the black beans and corn

1 can black beans

1 can sweet corn

1 tsp smoked paprika powder

1 tsp cumin

2 tsp fresh lime juice

2 chopped green onions

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

For the filling

10 oz Delight Patties

1 cup guacamole

1 cup salsa

3/4 cup vegan sour cream

1/2 cup vegan shredded cheese

3 cups shredded lettuce

3 cups cooked brown rice

6 large flour tortillas


  • Preheat oven to 350 degree, then place the Delight Patties into oven about 8-12 mins until golden brown.

  • Drain and rinse the black beans and the corn. In a bowl, combine them with the cumin, smoked paprika powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped green onions and the fresh cilantro and stir well.

  • Place a tortilla down flat on a plate., and then add some rice in the center of the tortilla. Add some of the bean corn salad on top. Next comes some salsa, lettuce, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, and avocado.

  • Fold in the sides and then roll the burrito up and wrap it in foil. Then cut it into half with a sharp knife. Enjoy!
