10 units Delight Chicken Drumsticks
Oil for deep frying
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard powder
4 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
3 tbsp white pepper
2 tsp sea salt
1 cup unsweetened soymilk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Thaw Delight Chicken Drumstick.
Mix all seasonings together in the big bowl.
Whisk the soy milk and apple cider vinegar together. Set aside.
Dredge the Delight Chicken Drumstick into seasoning mixture and dip them in soymilk mixture. Repeat until finish. Lay to rest on a rack for 10 mins.
Heat oil over medium-high to 325F.
Cook 3 to 4 pieces in the hot oil at once. Keep an eye on the pieces and remove when golden brown and crispy.
